LA High-Rise Vandalized by Taggers: Who Are They? – UPDATED

Taggers vandalize around 30 floors of Los Angeles high-rise.

A group of taggers broke into a Los Angeles high-rise and spray-painted graffiti on around 30 floors.

Taggers vandalized around 27 to 30 floors of an unfinished high-rise in downtown Los Angeles, near the Crypto.com Arena. The building, Oceanwide Plaza, is a $1-billion mixed-use project that has been stalled since 2019.

The graffiti, which includes words and phrases in different colors of paint, has not led to any arrests yet. The construction on Oceanwide Plaza began in 2015 and was halted in 2019 when its developer ran out of money.

Police are looking for clues to identify the suspects.
