MILWAUKEE SHOCKER: Tenant Charged With Stabbing, Strangling Landlord to Death

A Milwaukee tenant has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide after allegedly stabbing and strangling his landlord to death. Authorities say the tenant lured the landlord to his apartment under the pretense of fixing a refrigerator before attacking him.

The victim was later found dead during a welfare check, and the suspect was arrested after fleeing to a relative’s home and calling 911. A competency examination has been ordered as part of the ongoing investigation.
