A Pennsylvania judge has been charged with first-degree attempted murder and aggravated assault for allegedly shooting her ex-boyfriend in the head.
The incident occurred in Harrisburg when the judge reportedly called 911 and claimed that McCoy could not see and requested an ambulance, stating that she did not know what happened because she was sleeping and woke up to him screaming.
However, during the investigation, it was revealed that the judge had tried numerous times to break up with the gunshot victim.
The victim reportedly awoke to “massive head pain” and blindness, with the judge allegedly trying to convince him that he had shot himself.
Gun residue was allegedly found on the judge’s hands, and a test conducted within an hour after the shooting reportedly confirmed this.
The victim is now reportedy blind in his right eye as a result of the shooting.
