• An angry customer doused employees at a downtown Los Angeles dry cleaner with pepper spray.
• The incident, captured on store surveillance cameras,voccurred when the customer, upset about work done on a pair of pants a month prior, demanded a refund and sprayed an employee with pepper spray.
• The situation escalated as the customer sprayed multiple people in the shop, including the shop owner’s mother and another customer.
• Despite the Los Angeles Police Department being involved, the suspect remains at large, leaving employees understandably anxious.
