North Carolina Woman Kills Boyfriend Then Goes To Dinner Thinking He Was Faking His Death Prosecutor Says

[WXII|VIDEO] A North Carolina woman is headed to prison after investigators say she killed her boyfriend and then went to dinner to wait for him to wake up because she thought he was faking his death.

Natalie Louise Miller, 33, was sentenced on Monday to 30 years in prison for several charges including second-degree murder, according to District Attorney Andrew Murray.

Murray said the sentence came as part of a plea agreement. Miller pleaded guilty to charges of second-degree murder and concealment of a death.

According to court records and the sentencing hearing, on Dec. 8, 2019, Henderson police got a call from a friend of Miller, saying that Miller had contacted him and told him that she had shot and killed her boyfriend, Samuel Kalain Frazier.

Police said when they arrived they found Miller outside the home she shared with Frazier.

Officers said when they asked what was going on and who was in the house, Miller responded that “the body” was in the house and “the gun was on the table.” [FULLSTORY]
