BIZARRE DISCOVERY: 21 Kids, all with Surrogate Moms, Taken from Couple Amid Disturbing Investigation

REPORT: An Arcadia,  California couple’s 21 children — all from surrogate mothers — have reportedly been placed in protective custody amid a disturbing investigation. Of the 21 children, 17 are 3 years old or younger, sources say. According to media reports, Arcadia police say the kids are the product of a surrogacy operation owned by the couple: “We believe that it extended beyond our city and into possibly other parts of the country and even internationally.”
