REPORT (LOCAL 12): A father spoke out after his son was savagely beaten during a road rage incident that culminated with his eyes being gouged.

According to the Winooski Police Department, a 46-year-old man was the victim of a brutal road rage incident on Tuesday night while traveling home from work.

The details of what happened on the road were sparse, but police said the suspect punched the alleged victim multiple times, gouged his eyes, and then continued to punch him before fleeing the scene.
