REPORT: Authorities say a man is dead after a jet engine crushed him while it was on a loading dock at the Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio.

UPDATE 1 (KENS 5): David Monroe, founder of the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology, was killed in Friday’s tragic incident, according to Boeing Center at Tech Port.
