CASH APP ALERT: Notorious Scam Exposed – Shocked Victims of ‘Water Bottle Trick’ Come Forward

REPORT: Atlanta’s water sellers are accused of using Cash App to scam drivers out of a lot of money. This week alone, two victims have come forward saying they were robbed of more than a thousand dollars. They say they only meant to send a few bucks to the teens, who sell water at intersections throughout the city.
