A Florida family is selling a property in Naples for $295 million, which they originally bought for $1 million in the 1980s.
The property, known as Gordon Pointe, is a nine-acre compound with a 20-bedroom main house, two guest houses, 20 bathrooms, a 231-foot yacht basin, a 111-foot floating dock, and 1,655 feet of waterfront.
The family initially purchased a small fishing cottage on the land and gradually expanded the property over the years.
The significant increase in value is due to the extensive development and the prime location in an exclusive neighborhood known as Port Royal. This makes it the most expensive home for sale in the country.
