According to published reports the tragic incident occurred on a Lufthansa flight from Bangkok to Munich, where a 63-year-old German man died after experiencing severe medical distress.

The passenger, who reportedly boarded the plane visibly ill, began to lose “liters of blood,” causing panic among fellow passengers.

Despite initial attempts to manage the tragic situation the doomed passenger’s condition reportedly rapidly deteriorated, leading to his death mid-flight.

The aircraft was forced to return to Bangkok following the incident. The situation was described as “absolute horror” by witnesses, with blood splattering the walls of the cabin and passengers screaming in fear.
