[WESH2] He has allegedly confessed to killing Linda Little, a Daytona Beach woman who disappeared Oct. 11, 1991, after getting off work at the Chart House and heading across the bridge to the beachside. According to newly obtained documents, when shown a picture of the victim, Townson said, “no doubt about it. No doubt.”
Police believe he suffered some kind of trauma that made him have a “hatred for women.”
Townson, who was living in Orlando at the time, said he always visited Daytona Beach for his birthday and met the victim at an oceanfront hotel bar. He told detectives they left and got into his car, heading north.

Michael Townson, who is currently serving life in prison for beating a woman to death in 2008, has been indicted for first-degree murder for killing Little, the Daytona Beach Police announced in a press release.
