[WTHR] Marion County sheriff’s deputies arrested the mother of 8-month-old Amiah Robertson Saturday afternoon. Amber Robertson, 23, has been indicted in connection to the 2019 disappearance of her baby, who has never been found. Amber is charged with four felony charges including neglect of a dependent and neglect resulting in serious bodily injury.
[CBS4] A grand jury has indicted the mother of Amiah Robertson with four counts of neglect in connection to the missing infant. Court filings show Amber Robertson, 23 was indicted for neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury, neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury, neglect of a dependent with deprivation, neglect of a dependent. Her ex-boyfriend Robert Lyons is listed as a co-defendant.
[WRTV] Officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said investigators hadn’t found Amiah as of Monday. Police have said they’re investigating her disappearance as a homicide. Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears said he would consider additional charges against Lyons or Amber Robertson if Amiah’s body is ever found.
