Man Convicted For Ramming Grandmother’s Car Then Hitting Killing Her As She Checked Damage | VIDEO

[WSB|VIDEO] An eight year battle for justice in the murder of a grandmother is over, according to the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office.

A jury convicted Dewey Green for killing 53-year-old Janice Pitts. Green was 23-years-old at the time of the crash in 2014.

It was the second time Green was convicted. The Georgia Supreme Court reversed Green’s first conviction and awarded him a new trial after multiple appeals, according to the District Attorney’s Office.

During Green’s first conviction he made an outburst saying, “I’m not f—— guilty,” and was forcefully removed from the courtroom. [FULLSTORY]
