[CONTROVERSIAL VOTE] Proposed LA Ordinance Would Give Empty Hotel Rooms To Homeless | VIDEO

Ordinance Would Give Empty Hotel Rooms To Homeless. Local and national hotel and tourism leaders say the measure could endanger the safety of hotel workers and guests.
