However, even five decades later, Cincinnati police detectives have said they are not giving up. Sometime between Oct. 22 and Oct. 23 1969, an unknown killer forced Martin Dumler, his wife, Patricia Dumler, and Patricia’s mother, Mary Wilson, into an upstairs bedroom in the couple’s home and proceeded to tie them up.
