[SICKENING THEFT ALLEGATION] California Man Accused Of Burglarizing Neighbor’s Home Evacuated During Massive Mosquito Fire

[KCRA] Placer County deputies arrested a man suspected of burglarizing a home that was evacuated because of the massive Mosquito Fire burning in the area, officials said. The suspected burglar lives roughly 20 miles away. Logan Gross, 20, is a resident of the community of Cool, an El Dorado County area that is about a 30-minute drive from the home in Todd Valley he is accused of burglarizing, according to the Placer County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies went to the 6000 block of Parkwood Court on Friday around 12:45 p.m. for a report of a burglary in progress.
