[GRIM NEW DISCOVERY] Body Found During Search For Abducted Memphis Mother Eliza Fletcher, Police Say

[FOX13] Authorities discovered a body while searching for 34-year-old Eliza Fletcher, a Memphis mother and teacher who police said was abducted while jogging near the University of Memphis on September 2. The deceased person was found in an area near Victor Street and Person Avenue in South Memphis around 5 p.m. As of 7 p.m., Memphis Police said the cause of death and the deceased’s identity were still undetermined.
[WSMV] Affidavit: Suspect won’t tell police where Memphis jogger is located as search continues. Days after a mother of two and Memphis teacher was kidnapped, the search for her continued for several hours on Monday. Eliza Fletcher was abducted during her morning run on Friday. Police arrested Cleotha Abston for her kidnapping, but court documents showed Abston has declined to tell police where to find Fletcher.
