Twitter Will Finally Let You Edit Tweets Later This Month — If You Pay

[CNBC] Twitter announced Thursday that it will finally roll out one of the most requested features, the option to edit tweets. The edit tweet function is being tested internally but will first roll out to Twitter Blue subscribers later this month, which means you’ll need to pay for the service’s monthly subscription in order to try it. Twitter Blue currently costs $4.99 per month

We’ve known for a while they’ve been working on this for a while now, but it seems they’re actually starting to implement it a bit. On Friday, the official Twitter account of…Twitter sent out a post letting users know that if they see a tweet out there that has been edited they should not be alarmed. It is not fake. It’s just part of an edit button test they’re doing with some users.
