Teen Says He Hates Homeless People As Pair Stabs Homeless Woman. Police say a homeless woman was attacked inside her tent and stabbed 40 times on August 9. Police arrested an 18-year-old and a 14-year-old, both from Red Bluff Monday.
According to police, Rosie Lander, 50, was in her tent in the open space near Crosby Lane and Spyglass Drive around 5:45 p.m. on August 9 when she heard people walking outside. She yelled for them to leave but instead they began attacking her with a large knife.
During the attack, one of the suspects said they hated homeless people.
