[NYC RIVER RESCUE] 13 People Pulled From Hudson River After Boat Capsizes; 2 in Critical Condition

More than a dozen people — including children — were rescued from the Hudson River after the private boat they were on capsized, according to police. First responders received calls reporting people in the water shortly before 2 p.m. Tuesday. Ten of the people who fell into the water were removed by the fire department, while two were removed by police divers. According to police, one 7-year-old child and a woman in her 20s were taken to local hospitals in critical condition.
