“Police in Maryland say three people died Saturday in a shooting at a mall in suburban Baltimore, including the presumed gunman.

“Gunfire erupted in a Columbia, Maryland, shopping mall Saturday morning, leaving at least three people dead, according to the Howard County Police Department’s Twitter account.
Authorities initially reported that an active shooter was on the second floor of the sprawling mall in Columbia in Howard County, according to CNN affiliate WBAL. Local scanner reports had authorities requesting multiple mass casualty units.”

NBC4 WASHINGTON: Three Dead in Shooting in Columbia Mall
Three people have been killed in a shooting at Columbia Mall in Howard County, Md., police confirmed.
The suspect was among those found dead. His body was located near a gun and ammunition, police said.
Three witnesses described the gun as a shotgun, though police have not yet confirmed the weapon used.
